    I've only had the 330mL bottles and was underwhelmed… do the 500mL cans have different production / taste?

      Subtle but different taste. Not sure if you've had VB but it's definitely sweeter in the bottle than the can (which I prefer, crisper & more bitter), so I imagine it's a similar sort of thing. Aluminium packaging / lack of light on the product definitely affects the taste, especially if it's being shipped around the world. Praga is a made-for-export product but still brewed "according to tradition", they claim. Interestingly they do a few things differently to most mass market products, like open vat brewing and lagering 50+ days. Perhaps that's why they won a World Beer Championships gold medal (lol), either way it's probably the best value beer you can buy…fully imported, good quality (never had a hangover, even after 6+ 500ml cans) & authentic pilsner taste and delicious served ice cold. Anyway they sell them in a 4 pack if you don't want to commit to a whole slab.

  Case of 16 @ $63.75, not bad currently for a decent beer.

    Like the beer, shame about the ownership. I live near a ton of breweries in Sydney which I prefer to give money to.
