I know if I buy this the N version will be on sale tomorrow.

    • +2

Hopefully! Then I'll buy that and cancel my JB order…

Waiting for the 108 N version to be much cheaper

    • Got the 108 N version and it's great. I do use the Keychron V6 Max more though…

      • I nearly got the V6 Max but ended up going with a Ducky origin vintage because I couldn't find the Keychron in stock anywhere at the time

        • I got mine from eBay DigiDirect store with a coupon. Cheapest I could find anywhere.

Same reason we listen to Elvis, my friend - we appreciate the art

Except the Famicom (and to a lesser extent the NES) is hideous. The (non-US) SNES on the other hand 🧑‍🍳😙🤌

    • +1

That's why I'm holding out for the N edition.

      • The Commodore 64 version should be fairly nostalgic for people who were kids in the 1980s.

    • I own a Famicom, so there goes your theory :)

    • Well the Famicom was popular throughout Asia and guess what… there are a lot of Asians up in here.

    • I bet you're fun at parties

      • +1

I've never been to a party, so I wouldn't know.

        • LANs count as parties. RUOK?

@0 0 0: Is that where you meet up with other humans to play games? Doesn't sound like my kind of cup of tea.

  • If you have this keycap set then it would be a banger combo, however the keycaps themself are probably more expensive than the keyboard lol

  • Thanks OP, ordered one. Arriving from qld. No stock within 150km

  • Serious question: what’s the use case for the two giant red buttons?

    • +1

They can be programmed to whatever buttons you like. I assume that includes macroing multiple keys.

    • I want this for MS Teams camera toggle and mute toggle. Can you configure these without installing an app?

      • Going off memory you can, but you can also use the software without installing, and I think the presets are stored on the device, so you can set it up at home and the shortcuts carry across to a work pc (I'm assumimg that is why you asked about capability without the software).

Has been 6+ months since I did all this, so recommend double-checking the manual/online

  • I'm using this as my main keyboard right now, works pretty well. Key feel is nice, physical switch for swapping devices is very fast, and a nice colour scheme.

No idea how well it works on Windows or Mac, but works perfectly on Linux.

    • I don't know why they don't advertise Mac compatibility but it works fine. You'll need to swap the Option and Command keys in Settings though.

Aside to that, the volume knob works too. On the N edition that I have, the Scroll Lock and Pause functions as F14 and F15 respectively to change the MacBook Pro's screen brightness. F11 works like normal for Show Desktop.

The only thing I miss is the Globe key that I mapped to Emojis. 😂

    • thanks, made me push buy. i like the extra buttons, it'll go well with my workflow.

      • I mapped the B and A keys to Copy and Paste as well, but am trying to get used to it as I use this with a Windows mini PC for games after working hours.

  • OoS

    • Damn it!

  • Back in stock just grabbed 1 woo

  • Wish it has backlight.

  • Great keyboard, quite high though (coming from a Keychron K3), and super noisey and tacticle white switches - Which I loved, but not suitable for a shared/open office

  • As a KB noob, what does "Fami and N" edition mean and the difference?

    • its just the theme - nintendo famicom/nes and theres a commodore 64 one

      • Thanks

  • Disappointing… Order confirmed 2:11pm and refund notification at 5:15pm

    • Wow really wtf :/
I ordered at 5:30 and mine is with Aus Post already
      Sorry to hear :/

    • it's available again
