Have a V15 which I've owned for 1.5 years. Few months ago it turns off and on 2-3 times when starting to use it, after that it works fine.
Recently that's increased to 6-8 times before it starts to work. Claimed through warranty to replace the entire main body.
I've checked online and it seems quite common with V15s. Someone claim they've had the body replaced four times, eventually got rid of it after warranty ended.
Just FYI.
As per all my other posts. The Dyson battery/ BMS aren't up to the loads out on them (not even close). Just avoid.
Hard Rubbish is literally becoming littered with Dyson machines.
