  What's happening with Lululemon x Ultimate Gift Cards? Did they make the change recently?

    The Ultimate gift card website stopped listing Lululemon as a participating retailer on 23 June 2025, which means Ultimate gift cards should no longer work at Lululemon, even if the physical gift card packaging has the Lululemon logo on it.

    In reality, you may be lucky and still have an Ultimate gift card work at Lululemon for the moment, but I would expect the Ultimate gift card to no longer work there.

      Hi both, just sharing my experience and note that YMMV.

      I had a bunch of Ultimate Her gift cards that I bought before the change to use specifically at Lululemon so figured to try and clarify what the change means.
      Per Live Chat, these cards are still accepted online and in-store so I tried to one card and managed to successfully "swap" it to a Lululemon gift card.

      The plan is to swap the rest and at least "guarantee" my ability to use it at Lululemon when I make a purchase.
      Live chat also said I could redeem up to 5 Lululemon gift cards online but FAQs said only 2 but that remains to be tested.

      My gift cards were purchased prior to the change but there wasn't any indication from chat support that this would be a restricting factor.

      Edit: Looks like order is still pending. Balance has been taken off Ultimate Her gift card by "LULULEMON ATHLETICA AUS Collingwood AU" and received 2 emails stating order has been created but actual gift card still pending.

        I reached out to Blackhawk Network on this and was told the following.

        Lululemon is in the process of being offboarded from the Ultimate gift card scheme. You can still use Ultimate gift cards at Lululemon for the time being, but Lululemon will be removed some day in the future. Once this happens, a notice will be published on the Help & FAQ page on the Ultimate gift card website.

        It sounds like this affects gift cards bought before and after the Lululemon logo was removed from the Ultimate gift card website.
