          @BatmanAU: I was obsessed with finding the best buds for calls. I ended up with the HUAWEI freebuds pro 3 which are insanely good at removing background noise in part due to a bone conduction sensor. That’s my recommendation if you are willing to spend a bit more.

      I primarily use them for Teams and Zoom calls, and they perform exceptionally well in that context. I haven’t used them for phone calls outside of work, mostly because I only wear them outdoors when I’m on the train, walking the dog, or mowing - times when I’m unlikely to take calls.

      One slightly disconcerting quirk appears when mowing the lawn. The active noise cancellation does a great job protecting your ears, but if you hit a stone or something strikes the mower blade, the ANC seems to overcompensate and actually amplifies the sudden sound. It’s a strange effect and might be a dealbreaker for someone working in construction or similarly noisy environments.

      That said, I really like them. I’d absolutely buy them again and likely will once this pair reaches the end of its life.

  I have these and the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, I personally cannot see where the difference in price is, I love the Buds3 Pro but these to me are very close! Pair these up with some nice foam tips, Wavelet Equaliser app and got yourself some top quality buds!
