If you're going to post it every month then it's not really a bargain. More like normal price & just using OzB for free adz.

      That's so real

I hate stores that are "always" on sale - It is literally just the price then and you're overcharging on the side??? :\

I used to sell mattresses, even after the constant 50%-60% discounts, still had 30% in them normally lol

Them replying to people with ChatGPT messages leaves a bad taste in my mouth also

You don't neg other roasters who post frequently, why so harsh on this one?
Price seems ok and I like how they set their pricing, $31 and free shipping over $60 so you can just buy 2 packs to get free shipping, rather than making it $29.99 and make you buy 3 packs.

      • I can’t speak for the other roosters but at least with Limeblue’s deals they rotate their blends or specialty beans on sales.

Very different from having the same one product on sale every month.

        • 50% off on all 1kg coffee blends so you can freely choose, from their products… Yes very different. Do you mean you prefer Limeblues deals where you have to get 3 bags of same coffee to get free shipping and low price?
I almost finished Lime's 4 bags and 3 more coming on delayed dispatch but after I'm done with that I hope there are more roasters who provide frequent deals like this, not less.
I imagine they're offering good deals to get their business on track but once they become known and more busy I'm sure they'll offer less of these deals… Provided their products are of good quality ofc

Tbh even if $30/kg was their normal RRP, it'd still be a bargain. Can't get anything at this price at the supermarkets (except coles/woolies home brands) and those have been sitting there for months.

Who cares it's a decent price for a bag when everyone else is increasing their prices! Airjo used to post every month and everyone loved it

There wouldnt be many deals left if this was consistently applied

      Thats a bit ridiculous.

Running a small business is not easy. As an owner you need to attract new customers all the time. Nothing wrong with constant sales.

If you dont like the quality, move on. The price seems to be comptetitive with other roasters that post here.

This is only for drip and french press?

    Weird

I think it's for everything? can't see anything limiting it. as I clicked around I noted that the "50% off 1kg" banner disappeared, but I think that's a bug, rather than a limit on what 50% applies to. Have just ordered 2 bags of whole beans, (i.e. not drip or french press) and discount applied at checkout.

      • Re equinox, the blurb reads "A darker roast, perfectly suited to percolators and French presses, yet designed to shine in milk-based coffee. ".

Nothing there about espresso. Reads like it's designed for percolator and french press.

They aren't really selling it to people who drink black espresso. I assume that's intentional?

        • Ah apologies, I misunderstood - I thought you meant the 50% deal was only on specific beans - not that all the beans were described as being appropriate for certain uses.

FWIW, it does say "yet designed to shine in milk-based coffee" which I'd take to mean. Also, I ordered Solstice from last sale, and it was great as espresso coffee.

          • @hitch: Good to know about solstice. Will keep an eye out ;)

  • Another Inglewood…I mean drip deal

  • Is there delayed shipping available?
