How these things can even be called 'protein' powder when it's not the primary macronutrient is beyond me. The supplement industry is full of BS.
IMO this product never claims it's protein powder, it state it's a "bulk gaining formula".
But I do admit, the wording and the picture are misleading, as it implies someone can gain muscle in a short period of time which is complete BS and I feel sorry for those who are uneducated on building muscle, fat and sustainable diets and just buy the product based on their packaging claims.
1000 calories per serve, my god! How?
Serving sizes are 200g (4 x 50g scoops)!
200g powder + 500ml milk
So:
600 calories of it is carbs
240 calories of it is proteinRest is from milk and other ingredients
Do these actually taste like mudcake?
I love mud cake!
Definitely good for someone on a caloric surplus to bulk
Lucky for you this stuff doesn’t work.
😂4.2Kg and only 21 serves 🤯
I've heard enough - Woolies MudCake is about $6 each, and is a better value
Don't even need the party tricks, it's fairly obvious that I'm bulking at that pointat 5000kJ and 50g of sugar?
here's your alternative - can eat half of one of these for lesser calories

WPI is natures best protein for building lean muscle
Yeah but the 60% carbs and 17% sugar isn’t.
This company is a marketing gimmick I tried five of and it never worked.
I’ll never recommend this company products at allit never worked.
What never worked? You didn't get enough calories from your mass gainer??
I just doesn’t work. I bought like five of them and I had full scoop of them every single day and very bad for digestion as well
Well first, this is essentially just a food. Calories, protein, carbs. It can't "not work" lmao, that is like saying eating food "doesn't work". Completely nonsensical.
Second, this box recommends between two and eight scoops a day. Doesn't sound like you were getting anywhere near that?
You weren't counting your macros properly.
1 scoop per day is not enough, unless you're bulking with other foods to reach your caloric surplus intake.
The serving size of this is 4 scoops + 500ml milk per day…… you were doing 1 scoop. And who knows what else you're consuming per day, I assume you're not dieting right since you can't read a simple nutrition label on a protein powder tub.
@MotorHead: I don't think you have any credibility to be recommending for or against any nutritional products lol
Mass Gainer is generally a waste of money, low protein with cheap carbs that will just turn into sugar. 2 top ingredients of this are fructose and cane sugar!
I would rather buy a WPC/WPI, mix with rolled oat(you can blend it yourself or get quick oats) that gives you complex carbs that takes longer to digest and milk. Better macro and outcome, possibly cheaper too.
"The Ultimate Bulk Gainer"
That's for sure. You'll pile on the kilos faster than you can blink drinking this stuff.
Note that its says bulk, not muscle :)If you want a supplement to properly support the development of lean muscle mass drink an actual protein shake (WPC or WPI), not this.
Or a vial of test. Much cheaper than this too 😅
21 serves for $90?? Ahahhahahaah
20% protein if anyone is wondering.
