driving on to ramps and dunno when to stop. and drive it halfway and have the ramp float up.
How do you use a ramp if you need to take the wheels off ?
Jack stands once on the ramp. Still easier to use a jack than a ramp.
Genuine question. How do you transfer from the ramp to the jack stands?
@Jebediah_Kerman: You'd still need to use a jack. The only scenario I'd consider that is for a lowered car that can't get the jack in position to get it off the ground.
@ohgee: There are jacks available for low profile cars, but they're expensive. If it's too low for those jacks, ramps don't work either.

Looks like a rebrand of the toolpro one 8 for from Supercheap auto.
Note that the Supercheap auto one had a recall for safety issues of the pin snapping on the jack

Don’t get under a car that’s only supported by a jack.
This! It seems like people don't even put the wheels under the car when they're doing it anymore, not that it was a foolproof idea in the first place.
