        Have you been counting calories properly? Keeping a calorie diary?

        Make sure you're on a deficit. I don't recommend using fat burners, waste of money IMO, unless you're an athlete which the average joe here isn't.

        yes, ive been using myfitnesspal and making sure i have a calorie deficit,

        also got a fitbit and aiming for 10,000 steps a day as I have a desk job.

    Cardio + Yohimbine HCL. I did this and you can feel the difference immediately. Yohimbine HCL was the main ingredient in OxyElite Pro and the main reason that it got banned from Australia.

    Unfortunately we are banned from importing Yohimbine and its a bit of a hit and miss if customs will inspect the package or not.

    Vitacost used to have Primaforce Yohimbine HCL but have removed it and all their other yohimbine products are just yohimbe bark extract. Ebay has a few US based sellers that will ship Yohimbine HCL to Australia but you still take the risk of whether customs want to open the package or not.

    Don't waste your money. Just a bit of caffeine and pay more attention to your diet. I use myfitnesspal.com to track my macro nutrients.

        yes coffee counts. Caffeine will raise your basal metabolic rate (not by a significant amount, but it adds up over time), and decreases perceived effort allowing you to work out harder.

    Yeah lifting mixed with cardio is much more efficient than plain cardio.

    I've used burners and all they seemed to do was keep me motivated to exercise as I spent $70 on magic pills, didn't notice any extra weight loss when on them compared when not on them.

    I recommend you change your cardio. If you're not already doing HIIT, look it up and give it a go.

    Vitacost brand is usually a good pick for the basics. Caffeine capsules, WPI (protein), etc. The important thing is to keep the shipping to under 3.4 pounds otherwise it becomes pretty expensive.

    Depends what you're after, Optimum Nutrition WPI Gold Standard one of my favorite protein powders, double rich choc is one of the few that taste fine with just water. Avoid cookies and cream, I nearly puked.

    ON BCAA's are also great, Universal Nutrition Creatine 300g is a great deal.

    Multivitamin you can't go past Controlled Labs Orange Triad, but other good choices are Source Multi without Iron, and the ON multi.

    Vitacost brand Fish Oil is good.

    I'm still looking for a good pre workout since DMMA got banned, I used to use Jack3d, I think judging from opinions here and on various forums, I'll give Craze a go.

    If you're just looking for a bargain compared to what you can get in Australia, try the Universal Nutrition Animal Packs, Animal Stacks, or Animal Cuts. They're normally on sale for 1/3 the price of what they cost here in Australia. Never tried them personally but they're a popular buy.

    You won't have a problem. Vitacost usually block you from purchasing products that would be stopped by customs.
