    I had bought an Adidas pair for around this price last year, not this specific type but similar price and equally upvoted on ozb. The pair lasted 5 months and I am not even a runner. Used it for casual use. Reached out to Adidas on ebay and they confirmed refund under warranty, but their process is so slow. Have been chasing them fore more than a month for that refund. Not sure if these bargain shoes are lower quality, or are all Adidas shoes that bad nowadays? I remember they used to be good few years back, they lasted 3-4 years easy, but seems like not anymore.

      yeah one thing about bargain shoes is that they have an incredibly thin upper…so you gotta cut your toenails otherwise there'll be gaping holes after a few months.

        No money has hit the account yet. They didn't straight away agreed to refund laying it on "rough use", but I sent back detailed message explaining that stitches coming off seam is a manufacturing defect, considering the short timespan. They finally agreed and sent return label to ship and confirmed they received it to process the refund in 7 business days, which was 3 weeks ago. I am still following up, so just to highlight, be prepared for 1. Shoes to last a lot shorter (months, not years) 2. Fight them for refund 3. Chase them for refund

        Now, it may not sound worth to many for $39, but I felt cheated and I have lost my respect for the brand. My next ones likely won't be adidas.

    Got mine today, fit like a glove, standard US13.
    Good value for casual and travel shoes, won't be running in them.

    Bloody AusPost, again.
    Just after 11am, got a message notifying me that my package has been delivered, went out to check and found nothing at all.
    I was home all morning, no door knocking nor bell buzz.
    Note that I live in a very safe area that nothing have happened for years even when garrage door were left wide open overnight.
    Going to wait for couple of more days before I lodge dispute in eBay.
