Bought more, thanks for letting us know

        • Getting more than what you bargained for on ozbargain.

Thanks - will buy even more

      • -4

Cheers, had no idea they supported Israel. Bought 3

      • +1

Been using their stuff for years. Not buying from them no more. Not worth it to support genocide

      • Thanks for letting me know, I didn't know dove supported Israel, but will not purchase this one now. thanks.

EDIT: its not Dove directly, Dove is owned by Unilever. Ben & Jerry's is also owned by Unilever. When Ben & Jerry's decided to stop selling its products in Israel, Unilever sold off the Israeli distribution rights to Avi Zinger to circumvent their decision and to force Ben & Jerry's brand name to continue selling in Israel.

Sad that they seem to be discontinuing the mango scent - that was my fave.

    • I am still on my last bottle of mango, it lasts ages at my place. I won't be buying again as it's on the boycott list of products for supporting Israhell

      • +3

        on boycott. ok.

      • -5

        Thanks - will buy more

Don't dove now promote fat people and diabetes? 🤣

    • Glad you’re still getting work then @FlourishingFarter

  • Showing $8.54 s+s?

This is probably the last time we'll see it at this price. The RRP has been increased to $19 for 1L, and Woolies' half-price special this week is $9.5

    • +2

      $19! That's crazy.

      Grabbed 3 thanks OP!

They all score between 29/100 and 35/100 on Yuka because of potential endocrine disruptors, allergens and irritants. I wouldn't use that on your baby / kids. Or wouldn't use it, period.

Johnson body wash is cheaper with excellent Yuka score (86/100)

As always, the deal is in the comments. Cheers @Newgod

      • Can't find a research backed site for Yuka score 86/100. Where did you even get that from?

        • +1

I just scanned our bottle with the Yuka app. If you have membership, their database is searchable.

        • +1

If you scan a product you can see which ingredients are toxic and why and there are usually sources at the bottom to back the research.I think their scoring system is solid, personally I trust it.

      • Anyone know any shampoo or conditioners with good Yuka scores?

Just scanned Pantene conditioner and it has a score of 8/100 with 2 high-risk ingredients.

        • +1

I don't have membership but tried scanning every bottle at home. If it's a bad one, Yuka will give some recs (you can find it in the app in the "Recs" section). These are some listed on Amazon with good-excellent scores:

      • Does it contain phthalates (fragrence ingredient?) Also a potential endocrine disruptor

Couldnt really find information confirming it doesn't contain it. That's compared with Dove that says their fragrence is phthalate free on the website

        • The Johnson one only has fragrance listed in the ingredient without saying if it has phthalates or not. Yuka didn’t flag anything endocrine disrupting. At least it doesn’t have obvious harmful ingredients like the Doves (as per above comments) so I’d assume the Johnson one is better.

  • What’s the scent of the triple moisturising?

    • Gunna say its kinda like buttermilk or something plain. No real scent.

      • Thanks

We really like the variety and price at Aldi, think it's $4.40 for a litre of body wash.

    • +1

That's where i get it from. Only about $3 for 900ml. Good stuff too

    • +1

The organic shampoo at Aldi is also quite good.

  • Thank you

Is this the brand that promotes diabetes?

    • The same company that makes ice cream.

  • Thanks, also certified vegan it seems to no animal cruelty.

  • +1

I am seeing more expensive pricing for all.
Oh voucher only available for single bottles.

    • No it is available for multiple but you gotta s&s to get each at that price. Max 4.

  • The best one was the pear scent they discontinued years ago for some reason

  • If you buy 5 (mix scents), you'll get that extra 5% min $40. $28.48 for 5 bottles.

    • Need to apply coupon to each unit separately

  • Went in to order some more of the Triple Moisturising variety, as I’ve purchased it a number of times from Amazon, but it’s now been added to the seemingly ever-growing list of “cannot be delivered to your address” items. Bugger.

It’s getting bloody annoying - I’d lived in regional areas for the past 7 years (first Tassie, now NSW) and have had no problems with getting this and similar items in the past under my Prime membership. Even more annoying is that it doesn’t indicate on the product page or in cart that my address is a no-go for delivery, it’s not until I go to check out, so I only find out then that yet another product is now on the “can’t buy that from Amazon any more” list.

    • Amazon even has the cheek to say not in stock, blatant lie because there is stock when you change address!

If you use this product, please remember you need to rinse it off before venturing out into public.
Please also don't confuse this for deoderant. There's not much worse than getting a nose full of B.O. plus Dove from the person sitting next to you on the train.

  • am getting $15 off for orders more than $50, brings it down to $41.94 for 6 without the S&S
