Still got money set aside for this when it arrives on GOG
It's exclusive to Epic Games so I doubt it will be on other platforms any time soon
Same here, except replace GOG with Steam. I really only get downtime on my Steamdeck.
You can play GOG games on SD. Heroic Games Launcher, my entire GOG library is easily accessible on there including the hundreds of freebies I got from Prime Gaming.
Buy here for peace of mind, then sail the high seas for copy without drm
That goes against my principles of rewarding DRM-free games.
It’s a fantastic game; I know it’s exclusive on Epic but the truth is Remedy tried to make this game for over a decade and no one wanted to front the bill including Microsoft.
I hate epic as much as the next person but it’s unlikely to come to steam or gog and at this price it’s well worth it.
Ain't buying games on epic any more. They delisted the original horizon zero down and refuse to refund my purchase

Delisting a game doesn’t mean you don’t have it anymore.I assume that's how it works on steam or maybe gog, but not on epic, at least not for me…
I actually had it downloaded and played a little previously, but it doesn't start any more, tried removing, but can't download it again 😔
Sorry to hear that, it’s my first time reading about a major game being delisted. HZD had a pretty substantial price on epic as well.
@Innamura: Thanks mate, I'm not worried that much since I didn't pay a hefty price, but still it pisses me off that they did it.
@Innamura: Original Horizon Zero Dawn is still available to download on EGS if you previously owned it. They also delisted the original game from Steam & PlayStation stores.
Sony offered an upgrade on all platforms to the new version to existing owners for $10.
Also on sale in PS Store for ~$36.
