Ordered a laptop because one with the specs I wanted finally came into my price bracket, but had a think about it and realised I don't even get out enough for long enough to use my existing one, and personal circumstances mean that I'll never be traveling enough to be away from my home pc to use one. I haven't received it yet but if I can return in-store, I wouldn't even be opening the parcel. I just didn't know whether a return for an online delivery must be done online. I would feel a bit more assured if I was doing it in-store with a physical person (And possibly if they refund to card, I can press saving and get the money back instant).
Officeworks, click and collect could be done in-store?
Yes, you can return to store and they refund to your card. I bought some Android Tablets for a project, found out when it was delivered and turned 1 on that they were only 2.4GHz WiFi compatible. So I returned them to my local store, got a refund and paid extra for some that were 5GHz and 2.4GHz.
