Overall yes but few nitpicks; I also have the older DR900S
1) Blackvue forces you to create account in order to download offline video from unit to device. Can remove card and insert into PC though.
2) The 970 series forces 4K resolution and FPS whereas my previous I can decide.
3) If FPS is preference get the 770x but if nighttime is more important then the 970x is much better. The nightime recognition is much improved over my 900s
4) I haven’t had overheating issues on either but it seemed to be in the 900s series in the past. Obviously depends on where you keep the car and how often in the open. The 970/770x improved on this.

Costco has great warranties. They just won’t help you fit it, and the brands may be different.
if you live near a costco, but if battery craps out anywhere in the other 99% of the country could be more of an issue

Was on the online chat, getting a price match on a few items, started at 5:45. They cut the chat off at 6:02 after the operator had initially responded to me saying they were looking into it.
Now the chat option is closed, shuts down at 6pm.
Ngl that's on you for not calling earlier. It's unreasonable to expect them to work overtime just for you. Sure, maybe it shouldn't take 15 mins.
