  • wonder if this is the deal they rang me about when they ran out of the $199 bundle …. said drill had less nm torque, and did i want it or refund, went with refund as has less torque and costs $50 more than the $199 bundle they ran out of …. lost excitement with the idea of costs more and get lower spec drill.

I don't think so. They have only one drill in this McLaren line.

    • As far as I'm aware the McLaren range only has 1 drill (this one, the DCD85 which is essentially a DCD805 with anti-kickback and the batteries are sealed). There is an impact driver as well, which is the DCF850 in McLaren livery.

Sydney Tools had a sale on these for $199 recently, but their website couldn't keep up and they rang people offering refunds later.

      • Didn't ask if it was a Maclaren kit or other DeWalt …

  • Total tools just change the price to $199 maybe 20 minutes ago.

  • It’s $189.05 on Bunnings using Bunnings Power Pass

    • Almost no stock with Bunnings though

  • I would recomend calling the store before placing click and collect order. They will confirm if it's in stock and will usually pick your order at the same time too.

Cheers, just ordered one for delivery. Not sure if they're still in stock, we'll see…

    • Update: OOS :-(

    • Delivery might still work

  • Got one this morning when deal was marked as expired… might’ve found more stock.
