Hey Oz Bargain Community,
Let me start by saying I'm the first one to run a mile in the opposite direction when anyone says "you've got to try this incense/tea/meditation, it's so relaxing…" For some reason, I unfairly (mostly, perhaps sometimes I'm on the money) instantly think they're a "snake oil" salesperson, quickly run a mile…Perhaps sometimes things need to be experienced first hand to be appreciated in full and without this experience scepticism can easily take hold. A while ago by sheer luck I discovered a great way to instantly feel relaxed is to somehow feel like I'm in a rainforest of sorts, sometimes I can literally achieve this and other times I need to make the most of my surroundings. If time is on my side I'll drive to the Dandenong Ranges in VIC (it's like a scene from the original Jurassic Park movie minus the Dinosaurs and chaos), as soon as I see my first tree fern I'm instantly relaxed. If I only have time to walk, I'll go to the local Botanical Gardens, the first row of Plane Trees I see without a crowd instantly relaxes me. If I only have time to stand, then I'll go straight to the nearest Aesop store (not spruiking them, just sharing what I do) I can find and just spend a few minutes there, perhaps enjoy one of their teas (I don't ask for a complimentary Aesop tea, but my secret system is if I get offered one by one of their team, after I've finished, I buy a small gift to give away; no tea and I usually just window shop for a few minutes then I leave). Anyway I'll try and fast track the circle back to my point. Since I first got offered a tea when I was in Aesop and the relaxation that instantly followed that first sip I thought "I need to find a coffee like this tea!" Well I've been searching for a few years now and I'm wrapped to announce I've finally found one, it's a Single Origin from the coffee famous region of Sumatra, Indonesia. If you could somehow put the experience of relaxing in a wonderful rainforest in a simple cup of coffee this delicious Indonesia Sumatra Single Origin would be in that cup. Although this Single Origin is very approachable from a flavour perspective, so I think most people will hopefully love it, for anyone thinking "you're off with the pixies…stop talking nonsense," this deal also features our much loved Moments to Memories Blend, so rest assured I haven't lost the plot!

I'm curious how you get to try all these different coffees. Do wholesalers and distributors send you sample packs all the time or are you forever trawling through tasting notes full of superlatives and trying to cut through the marketing to select a bean you might like?
