Hi team, I've been happily receiving my daily newsletter to my Gmail for years and then on the 21st July they stopped arriving.
I've looked all through Gmail and they aren't there. My settings haven't changed in OzB. I just changed it to arrive at night today, so we'll see what happens. Any ideas?

I had my platinum membership revoked due to reasons, but still have access to the 3 newsletters per day :)

From email logs, it delivered to your Gmail account at 7:18:39AM yesterday, and 7:18:55AM this morning. In both instances Gmail's server replied with "status=sent".
Oh man, if we have deal alerts for something embarrassing, can you check what those custom alerts are? Can mods here see I'm waiting for a deal on a 10 inch marital aid?

Contact Ozbargain, tell them you're thinking of leaving them for another bargain website and see if they play ball.
Could also consider a chargeback. Really stick it to them.
