Shell Coles Express/Reddy Express Rouse Hill 2155 NSW (43 Panmure Street, off Windsor Road) has rebranded to OTR.

As an exclusive offer at this site, you’ll get a discount of at least 20c/Litre or more on Unleaded, Unleaded 95, Unleaded 98, Ultimate Diesel, and Diesel fuels if you download the OTR app and sign up for an account, scan the QR code at the pump, fill up and pay. There’s no limit to how many times you can redeem the offer until the offer ends on 9 August. LPG and AdBlue are excluded.

You can’t pay using a Shell Card for business or OTR card, but you may be able to pay in-app using a Shell digital gift card.

    Speaking of, I also noticed there is Ugo fuel stations popping up. Fully self serve, so they only sell fuel and have no staff. Thoughts?

      You should expect many Reddy Express (formerly Coles Express) sites to rebrand to OTR over time - as Viva Energy acquired the South Australian-based OTR business. It’s a new brand to NSW.

          Yes, most will be carrying Shell fuel. A handful of sites will carry BP from pre-acquisition.

      Have OTR been around a long time?

      In South Australia, they have been around for a number of decades. They were acquired by Viva Energy in 2024, which is planning to convert around 50% of Shell Coles/Reddy Express service stations nationwide into Shell OTR service stations by 2028.

      The sites that have already been converted to OTR by Viva Energy do not currently accept Flybuys, any Viva Energy fuel discount offers (other than offers through the OTR app), physical Shell gift cards or Coles Group & Myer gift cards. I think all converted sites currently accept Shell eGift Cards in-store as a payment method, but it looks like Shell eGift Cards currently do not work on the OTR app.

      I also noticed there is Ugo fuel stations popping up. Fully self serve, so they only sell fuel and have no staff.

      Those are operated by Ampol and appear to be operating on sites formerly occupied by Ampol Foodary service stations.

      U-GO service stations are not part of the Ampol network, which means you cannot use AmpolCard or AmpolCash as payment methods. Considering U-GO only operate automated fuel dispensers, you also cannot use any prepaid gift cards that block transactions at automated fuel dispensers (e.g. Category Choice Fuel, 7-Eleven digital).

      With how expensive labor is, no business really wants to hire people unless they can still turn a profit without being creative with the books. Go for UGo.

      Same deal at Pennant Hills NSW OTR too. Any one knows if the deal is 30 days from app install or individual stations have the month long offer running?

        The deal at Pennant Hills ends on the 16th of this month (August) if I recall correctly.

    Does the 20c off come up on the app in some way/form?

    I downloaded and signed up yesterday but still nothing showing.

    The attendant said I needed to scan something so I assume an actual reward with barcode should appear on the app?

      Just follow the instruction here https://www.otr.com.au/otr-app/scan-pump-save/

      It won't show you anything when you open the app and the barcode is simply to tell them which pump you are using.

        I thought those instructions are for buying fuel at anytime but how do you get this offer OP is talking about being a minimum 20 c litre off at Rouse Hill?

        When I open the app at home it searches for a location near me and cannot find one. I guess that will only work when I drive out to Rouse Hill but the instructions in your link show you may get a chance to win instantly. I wanted to know specifically about this Rouse Hill offer of min 20 c litre saving. Thanks.

          It's the same process but it is guaranteed that you will at least get 20c off when you hit the "Save" button on Step 3

      Nope. I signed up at 5.18 pm and used the offer at 7.40 pm same night. Just double checked the welcome and invoice emails

        It maybe because I paid at the counter instead of through the app and the attendant said it takes 24 hours to apply.
