    I find it really annoying that some restaurants/takeaways that definitely sell burgers aren't listed as 'burgers' therefore can't apply the voucher. Yet there are some cafes that are on the list that don't have a single burger on the menu…

    Spoke to a restaurant owner the other week, they said they are lucky to get one Menulog order a week compared to UberEats/DoorDash where its multiple every night. Menulogs time is near in Australia.

      Made my first order with Menulog last week. Used the $15 off PLUS free delivery for 100 days promo on their site.

      Got charged delivery and wrong pizza turned up late.

      Raised a ticket and 2 days later they replied.

      Multiple too and fro conversations with support. They aren't changing it.

      1. Too late to do anything about the pizza as 48hrs passed (their fault for taking 48+ hrs to respond).

      2. Got an email my 100 days free delivery is about to expire (it's day 20).

      3. The delivery guy got a stern talking to by my 5 year old for turning up late…I wasn't phased …but she was…. That part was awesome "you took far too long, where have you been?…. do better next time!" Poor bugga.

      As for Menulog…can say I used it…once!

    Still works for me. At maccas too which was a surprise. Now to deal with a order which will probably get delayed
