    They really shouldn't call it an LED neon light (LED and neon being completely different lighting technologies), "neon-style LED light" would be far more accurate.

    was interested to know how big this is, and am now also interested in how it can be 3cm wider than its packaging.

      Could be an error, but, the "length" of the package is 395mm, so maybe they just got the L x H x W the wrong way around. The package seems excessively large, either way, the product fits.
