Last time this low was in June

The only real deal here is the 65W, which appears to be an ATL per Camelx3.

The 30W is frequently available at ~$19 and ~$24 for the 35W is actually more expensive than usual.

    • Good catch! Have updated the deal.

Is it me or wouldn't it make sense for these chargers to be rotated 90 degrees so they're going up/down instead of left/right?

    • +3

That’s why I go for the Anker version when it’s on sale.

      • Which one?

        • This one which has been as low as $25.19 last month.

Anker 65w is better i think, 3 ports charging goes over 65w in total
    https://amzn.asia/d/iHlNYx3

    • I was waiting to pickup another nano in the $30 mark. Thank you. (Such a great little charger)

    • Thank you! Cheapest Ever? or maybe not based on prime deal.

    • What do you mean by "3 ports charging goes over 65w in total"?

      • +2

Whups, sorry bad math… its 64w when using 3 ports for Anker (40 12 12)
        Ugreen: 45, 7.5 7.5 total 60w weird

The Novoo chargers seem to be pretty well received around Ozb as well:

      67w $26.59 https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0F1YH2XBN

Or you can shell out a little bit more and get the 100w Noovoo for ~$40 which is still a fairly good price. https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0F1YGHLCM

btw the black one is slightly cheaper at $39.09 and it comes with a cable (no mention of a cable with the white one)
I purchased the black one a few weeks ago for this price and I can confirm it comes with a 1m cable.

While I love UGREEN products and have quite a few chargers, power banks, other stuff - for this particular form factor I went with the Anker equivalent instead. Here is the comment I left on a previous post:

I was looking at either and while I had initially purchased the UGREEN one (as I have so many other UGREEN products that work well). On a whim, decided to look for other 65W GAN chargers posted here and saw your comment.

Did a search online and managed to find a video from an American Youtuber that did a direct comparison between the two models and his comments were the same as yours, the UGREEN gets hotter than the Anker under load.

Cancelled the UGREEN order and placed one for the Anker instead.

If the Anker price is similar/same, I'd get the Anker. If it is much higher, then I'd be comfortable sticking with the UGREEN.

Any ideas of max wattage from the USB A port?

UGREEN 65W USB C Charger 4 Ports Nexode GaN II Fast Charging Block, PD3.0 - $35.99 with discount code.
    https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0DL5PCMG8?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_f…

Is there any reason why the above unit is not a better bet? It seems like its the same form factor as the other options, basically the same size, same wattage but with 4 ports rather than 3.

    • I see $59.99 and with 10% discount with code for your item. Did I miss something?

        Prime only price

  • Simplecom CU265 65W is always cheaper than this, check for previous deals for sellers. I picked up couple a while ago and even using for my soldering iron.

    currently $25 at CPL

These are great on holidays where power points can be limited. Also saves the bulky Macbook\Laptop Plugs\Bricks while charging phone + watch.

  • thanks got two to charge our work laptops.

  • does it renegotiate power when 2nd device is plugged in.. i mean is there a momenteraly zero power? i was planning to use it on some no battery devices.

    • +1

Most GaN chargers will renegotiate. I suggest buying a dedicated single port charger for the sole purpose of powering no-battery devices.

Either that or you can dive down the rabbit hole and look into power banks with UPS capabilities (i.e. newer Xiaomi power banks) and chargers that don't renegotiate (I'm not aware of any multiport USB chargers that won't renegotiate at some point).
