7800X3D-9070XT-TAXBACK

Howdy folks, we've had multiple requests for this over a long period and have managed to secure limited numbers of a non-RGB oriented compact case at 33L and 205mm x 350mm x 460mm dimensions, the Asus Prime AP201, in both black and white for this deal. It is the tempered glass version. Any RGB components like RAM can be controlled or disabled via motherboard software when you get the PC. Finally a blacked out system that isnt all glass and RGB…..now if only it was ATX

    • +1

      Huh?

      • +8

        He's saying he wants to somehow spend $700 less than what the parts would cost individually.

        • +10

          He's also full of crap, and should largely be ignored

            • +7

              @marshmall0w2: Let's say best case scenario, after cashback, you're able to secure a 7800X3D off AliEx for $400 AUD…

              And let's say you can get your hands on a 9070 XT for $1,099 AUD, the lowest its been at retail in Aus…

              How do you expect to source the rest of the parts for under $250 AUD to reach your magical $1,749 AUD mark? Case, MOBO, PSU, RAM, CPU cooler, storage… AND labour costs for building the PC itself?

                • +6

                  @marshmall0w2:

                  the case can be bought for $45

                  Source? Lowest price according to PCPP was $89 AUD from PCCG, but that's OOS

                  PSU can be as low as $75

                  Pls link to a Gold 750W ATX PSU for that price… lowest I can find is $95. Unless you're suggesting AliEx PSUs, which even then aren't that cheap and are mostly bronze/silver rating

                  1 TB storage can be $40

                  What, a SATA SSD?

                  32 GB ram can be $79

                  You looking at DDR4 pricing or smth?

                  And you've forgotten about labour costs, too…

                    @CrispyChrispy: Did you miss

                    Alternatives for the parts

                    You can look up cases that can go as low as $45 on AliExpress, Amazon, sometimes clearance.

                    PSU and the other components same story. Are you looking at exact same parts bro? Because that's a lot of handicap especially since I mentioned

                    Assuming no affiliate pricing

                    But if we want to even the playing field, then we should allow ALL deals open to the non-retailer.

                      @marshmall0w2:

                      Are you looking at exact same parts bro?

                      Of course I am, you are expecting THIS specific Techfast build to be $1,749, so why are you looking at other parts and components?

                      No s*** the PC will be cheaper if you swap out everything with cheaper components…

                      • -6

                        Uh because affiliate pricing is a lot of benefits over specific product items particularly on clearance and availability? Hence why I said

                        Assuming no affiliate pricing

                        in the first place? This also proves my point even more.

                    • +1

                      @marshmall0w2: So it is a bad deal because you could build something different for less???

                      • -3

                        @gromit: Hay…. Dunno how anyone can give the most selfish of takes. It's not a good deal because it can be offered for cheaper by affiliate channels and with a steady supply chain unlike. Do you get it? If I can do it via consumer channels, they can do it even better.

                • +4

                  @marshmall0w2:

                  So just slightly off.

                  So even in the best case scenario of historical pricing of the most expensive parts, and your fantasy made up pricing for the remaining items, you still couldn't reach the price?? This is embarrassing

                  • -6

                    @DiscountForThee: No? Slightly off $250, but if the cashback is on the good deal on the 7800X3D, it's in the money. Furthermore, affiliate companies have massive discounts on bulk. So thanks for proving my point even further?

                    • +2

                      @marshmall0w2: Congrats on being the dumbest thing I've read on multiple days, that's got to take effort

          • +5

            @marshmall0w2: Feel free to post a list of all the parts - assembled into an actual PC - and the cheaper prices you've found them at then.

      • A man can dream.

    • $1449 would be it-er

    • +4

      (for context he stacked like 4 seasonal coupons and cashbacks together and possibly travelled to taiwan and grew the silicon crystals himself to get a 7800x3d for $300)

      • -4

        Oh sure, if it's the Samsung $700 Ultra deals it's fine to stack to get that. But woo00ah now it's bad just because brigade.

        • +1

          Well I dont think aligning all the stars for a phone is worth it either, and I think the folks bragging about said ATL on newer Samsung deals also gets negged to shit?

          Unfortunately you are brigaded because people find you annoying, not because you are factually wrong. Though it is a bit funny that out of all battels in life to fight you picked this… No judgement tho

            @ddoraaaaa:

            I think the folks bragging about said ATL on newer Samsung deals also gets negged to shit?

            They don't. They're upvotes because it's good information.

            Unfortunately you are brigaded because people find you annoying

            Good thing I'm not a people pleaser for a particular bunch. Really, if you think about it, true buyers have the most to gain and affiliate marketers and companies have more to lose.

      • Maybe he’s buying coupons using coupons.

    • +9

      Buddy, do us all a favour… I know it's hard when there's multiple parts like this deal, but instead of just telling everyone you can get X part for cheaper, you need to provide a link to the cheaper price (even if it's historical), otherwise you leave yourself open to these silly back and forths, which help no one and just clog up actual discussion.

      If you can't provide the evidence, you need to keep quiet. It will be difficult, but try and show some respect for people's time.

  • +1

    It must be a good deal if we have all turned on each other and want to crack each others heads open and feast on the goo inside.

      • +5

        It is usually more helpful to provide "answers" instead of fantasies lmao

  • OP- Is it possible to customise these pc's; if so do we shoot you a PM?

  • +1

    would love a cheaper spec in this case/style.

  • Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wifi is dog crap. Has only 2 ram slots. Failed vrm thermal test done by hardware unboxed. Decently cheap, but they use crap parts and grey imports that they dont give proper warranty on. Takes weeks for them to give you an update on your order status imagine putting in a warranty claim!!!

  • Any chance to upgrade the mobo?

  • @luketechfast Can't seem to find the deal n the techfast website anymore, is it still available?

  • @luketechfast can you please reply my my email?? I have placed my order 2 weeks ago and now the order status still in first stage "ORDER PLACED" and never moved up. in past 9 days I have sent 5 emails to ask my order and even didn't get 1 reply… Its really bad feeling that be ghosted after I pay the money… as before I pay and send emails and only get reply in 20 mins and with very good attitude…

  • @luketechfast is this deal still available?
