It is tracked in 2 days but only confirmed in 6 months. I wonder if this means we need to be on the plan for 6 months before receiving the cashback. This is not stated in the ShopBack conditions though.

Tried to activate and port in number (cycling thru Boost 12m plan)…and their website was blocked by cloudflare on my Firefox browser on phone.
Had to contact them.
"DO NOT BUY LYCA AT ANY COST"…I thought using different emails, payment methods…I will surely get the cash back …but after waiting 4 months you will get a decline..as mine has 4 different times now…don't be tempted like me…no matter how sweet the deal looks..once decline..there is nothing you could do about it

Normally within minutes but sometimes it would be a whole day. Normally if nothing shows up within 24 hrs then need to lodge a claim after 7 days.
Lyca could only be disabled after activation.

Both Shopback and Lyca suck, both have the worst customers support and it costs an arm and leg to earn cashback from them.

I activated the service and got activation confirmation SMS and email, but still can't access the service other than receiving SMS. No internet, calls, or sending SMS. Hope they will still pay the cashback out
That is me to, activated this morning.
I found there is no way to resolve this issue. Online chatting got disconnected automatically, call them need to wait over half an hour and they kept asking BS. I told them there is no problem on my side but they just kept on their troubleshooting processes. They asked me to reboot my phone and said this was just troubleshooting. I did, so their work was done. I still can't access their service
