Similar to the 3 points per dollar spend for the tcn Mastercard but this is for everyday wish gift cards.

It can be, depending on how you use it. I put it on par with 4% value give or take on how you use it. With the devaluing of Qantas points in August, even less so
Only for a business class upgrade you may be in front, otherwise its around $1.20 worth if using points to buy gift cards (300 points)… So a cash $4 discount on buying from places like RAA is a far better option IMO
Yeap. Business or first on classic rewards only worthwhile, whether on Qantas or partner airline, otherwise no.

This is the standard offering. Gift cards have no fees. Gift cards are not the same as prepaid mastercards
Nah it was a disaster because some crappy system issued some people 3x cards for every 1 they ordered which resulted in everyone's cards being frozen until they sorted it out, which they did 3 days later. I ordered two $500, and got two, works fine now. Would happily order more in the future but in reasonable amounts.
That would've been fun; quickly burn through all the bonus cards buying gift cards at Colesworth then buying stuff with those gift cards.
Completely different offer! The current deal is crap
You can’t compare a mastercard offer with no fees and a points offer to:
A Wish gift card that never has fees, and a low points bonus, plus the card is regularly available at 4% off (or even more at times)
Isn't this the standard offer? And has been for some time? Maybe this should go under "long running deals"
I think it is the standard offering, nothing too special about it. There is a bunch of gift cards available that also sell at 3pts per $1 spent. Not really a bargain I think?

It is, since December 2023. They do sometimes offer 4x Qantas points on WISH gift cards (most recently in March) which would be worth sharing.
I dont think this is a good offer.
A lot of places offer discount of 4% on woolies cards. So you pay $96 for a $100 card . Is the 3 Qantas points worth 4% value?
