Is the idea here to have a tax debt at the end of the FY to acquire points by making payments to the ATO with any eligible credit card/prepaid card?
if you have enough of a tax debt then you'll be required to make PAYG contributions on a quarterly basis.

It would be an infinite points glitch. Trying it now but the card is taking for ever to come through. It's just sitting on "Processing". Could be in for a long night before a Qantas boffin wakes up if this works.

Received a message from Qantas Marketplace as soon as I placed an order, asking to call them to clarify details.
Do not call, it was triggered automatically by their system. The agent will have no idea what you're referring to. I learnt that when purchasing the Antler suitcase for 20k bonus points two days ago.

@RTY: I did end up calling them on Friday and the transaction was changed from processing to open but I never received the cards.
The are marked as shipped as of today but still have not received the cards.
They have created a new order this morning which combined my orders, it's marked as processing, still no cards and no communication from Qantas
@argonide: My first order was 2 cards, second order was 3 cards. I received 6 emails and thought I got 1 card extra, spent 4 on strata and ATO.
Now that I think about it, maybe they were all for the first order, as my QFF account only got 3000 points. The second order still shows processing
