I got $20 off, still good I guess…
I placed 3 orders in quick succession at Coles. Discount applied to all on checkout but final charge was adjusted on one sans discount. Contacted chat and they credited.
I recommend taking screenshots of the promo banner and checkout anytime you get a discount with a reasonable dollar figure attached. EZ fix when you have “proof”.

If you look at your order history there is a “Get help” button in the order details. Just follow it through the Promo code options and give the details (including screenshots). They credited me shortly after submission.
You're telling me support got… better? Where was this type of support when I went through hell with them a couple of years ago?
Back then support didn't exist. Every time I got to the checkout my account instantly got disabled. Support kept re-activating my account but the same thing kept happening over and over for more than… 40 times. To this day I never found out what kept causing it. Even contacted my bank and they couldn't find anything wrong.
Surprised… Support is being helpful towards you. I never did get even 1 cent of credit for all the BS I went through back then.
I'm surprised you can even contact their chat, considering how dogsh!t the interface is. There is no option to contact them if it doesn't relate to an order that has already been paid for. Doesn't help if there are technical issues on the Web browser version (ie. If you want to add afterpay, which you can only do in app), which is a scummy tactic to get people installing their spyware app.
Got 3 coupon banked that I never take up. Guess we’ll put through a few orders tonight lol

Just ordered one from WW, Coles and IGA.
WW doesn’t seem to have any products on deals but Coles and IgA does so double benefit.
Keep your orders at $40 or near about to have full benefit.
