Lowest Cost Way of Paying Bills That Not Accepting Overseas AmEx

Hi there, everyone!

I need to use my overseas Amex card and pay my Land Tax. Do you know the most cost-effective way to do this?

I tried using Sniip, but it charges 3% for overseas Amex cards, I am ok with surcharges but just want to check if there is a cheaper way.

Oh, and by the way, I am currently overseas so the incoming Coles prepaid Mastercard deal isn’t available to me :(

Pay.com.au is marginally less for Amex, unless they have a different rate for OS cards
Yak is the same of rate as Sniip
