I just purchased a 180 day Discovery Pass through the NSW TrainLink site and when going to book my first trip I just can't, the site gives me an error saying "Something went wrong. Unable to redirect you to the payments page. Please try again" whilst showing a total of $0 as payment.
I've tried on multiple computers and get the same issue. Even funnier is that when trying to select the trip again the time now shows a price instead of 0. I hope I haven't misunderstood the T&C's of the Pass but I can't see anything about this.
I know it's also a new system they've had recently, and after using it i'm guessing my issue is mainly that their site is horrible?
Has anyone else had this same issue?
