'Buy one for the price of two!'
I'm sure they were doing free shipping for $150+, can't see it on the site now though.
Yeah even with five cases it's about the same as normal discounted price after shipping
I didn't clock the price but they had it down the back of the airport Costco warehouse when I was there today, even if they are a bit pricier than this it'll be cheaper than the $50 shipping (membership required obviously)
In the liquor section of Costco or elsewhere?
Not in the liquor section it was down the back wall near the soft drinks and pet food
not (or more pedantically, barely) alcoholic, if you havent heard of these guys before
Nice, thanks OP. Trying to cut down on the heavy beer and the IPA is one of the few zero alcohol beers I can stand :P
Try Lightning Minds 👍
The Peroni is quite respectable.
I had both Peroni and Heineken during the week and both ok but Heineken better. Have also now had Guiness, Carlton and squires from the big boys. Carlton tastes better than regular stuff lol.
Give Tiny XPA from Garage Project a go - my partner used to drink craft beers and she said that is now her favourite.
The Tiny Hazy is fantastic but I can’t usually get it for less than $20 a 4 pack which is pretty cooked for a zero alc beer. But if you’re regularly an ale drinker then this is the best I’ve found. Heaps is decent (and way cheaper) but this is really a cut above.
the booze industry is facing some challenges, besides the kids drunk at schoolers, seems alcohol consumption is declining in the younger generation, for us old folks the doctor says drink less alcohol and you will loose weight and and your diabetes will get better. These is a market for low alcohol products, problem is flavour and price.
Upvote because case actually has 24 cans.
Thanks was keen to know that
Agreed, 16 pk case is a criminal level of shrinkflation.
Seems still a bit pricy for non alc since there's no alco tax to compete with.
Of all the non alc beers, it's the best IMO
Yes, and still way too expensive for what is basically fermented fruit juice.
%0.5 abv….It's a dunny runner
It applies to all varieties, not just the hazy.
This seems a bit misleading to me.
Should be marked clearly as having no alcohol…. Yet it is advertised on here as a regular beer?!
low, mid, regular, are marketing terms for beer for people looking for lower alcohol, just needs to a brewed and it’s beer, the germans even have laws that say can just be barley hops yeast and water, no wacky fruits , they don’t label 8% beers as high alcohol.
Dis gud shit. 10 shipping, bought 2 cases.
It's a no-alcohol beer.
But you wouldn't know that, from the post on Ozbargain.
Edit:
"OUR MISSION
We’re an independent, Aussie owned and made purpose-driven non-alc beer company on a mission to redefine the way we play."It’s delicious.
But you wouldn't know that, from the post on Ozbargain.
Kek.
depends if you read labels, you wouldn’t just buy beer based on max alcohol per $ ? they sell this at coles and woolies, just that it’s a bit pricey, the supermarkets are stocking lots of non-alcoholic beverages now, and P platers if driving in VIc it’s .00 blood alcohol. Might be worth a try for the XPA, seems $10 shipping in vic . does the xpa have the strongest hops / bitterness out of their range if some has tried them knows ?
This stuff actually has become my preferred beer at home. Hardly drink full strength apart from a well poured Guiness at the local boozer.
they did do a coffee stout at one stage - literally had coffee in it: https://heapsnormal.com/products/coffee-run-stout . it was very nice.
Damn sold out. keen to try hopefully they re stock
On sale for $49* at my local BWS yesterday if that saves anyone the shipping.
Wow, $50 shipping to Perth
