Unlike the regular screws, these come tipped with a drill bit, making them excellent for impact drivers, no need to predrill a hole with a slightly smaller drill bit like with the screw ones. It also comes with 4-5 of those double ended hex screw attachments for drills or impact drivers.
The universal sockets are extremely versatile and works with many different types of screws, I've found them particularly useful in cases where you can't see the screw, such as working beneath a ride on mower and you can just roughly guess the location and still manage screw it in, whereas for a hex bit head you'd need it to be perfectly matching. Their durability is more than enough for household/DIY use, but not recommended for trade or loosening car tyre bolts where a lot of torque is required.
Drill bits are just the generic ones found off eBay.
Separately I've sold them for $50 before, just planning to move into a different field in the future so want these gone.
