the premise sounds good (synopsis). I just think it would be better if the story was 100% serious. instead what I got from the trailer was a bit of tongue and cheek for laughter and giggles.
but sometimes viewers don't want serious and want something they can relax and laugh to.
Watch it twice and it'll be 10.4, better than any movie ever made.
I watched Passion of the Christ by Mel for the first time recently. it was great. amazing.

it's a new release to Rent for $0.99. honestly find it funny users even manage to find things to complain about for something that's NORMALLY $6.99 to Rent, so this is 85% off normal price. I understand the lack of enthusiasm for Streaming addition posts, but I swear I have never got a single comment on a Rental post that said "good discount" or "good deal".
if you want to hide it, mods always tag Rentals as "Video on demand" tag, so add that to your blocklist. it's separate from "Streaming service addition" which you have already blocked.

No disrespect, but I think this is an indication there is no demand for paying to rent digital titles. We are in 2025 not 2005 where this might have had some appeal back then including those DVD renting kiosks (not me personally).

50/50 chance it comes to primevideo based on previous 99c new release rentals. I counted 3/6 came to primevideo, some of them coming within 2 weeks of 99c rental on Apple TV.
if you want to make the time allocation infinite,
you could actually make that 66% chance. because Joika while it took over 5 months, was just added to prime a week ago.
