    You have to link your steam account.
    Means they can see all your purchases. Cheap way to get data on what games people buy.

    I get that message at checkout : "info - Promotion removed - not available for your region or your ISP"

      Are you using a VPN? Their giveaways are sometimes blocked in a few countries.

        No I don't have a VPN 😅 my steam store was set to Europe though so I changed it but I still get the same message

        But it wasn't a VPN thing, strange. Could it have been an ISP thing? Were you using your phone/data?

          Really have no idea! I was using wifi on my phone so I turned that off, used my optus data, refreshed the page a couple of times and it worked!

      This week I been having some DNS problems
      Try changing your DNS servers to Google's 8.8 8.8 and 8.8 4.4
      Google it if you don't know how to do it

      Got the same issue, had to change my VPN to Ireland to redeem. Aus, Swiss and US nodes all failed.
