Hmmm I usually run HPR5 for my MB229.5 spec cars, but reading the blurb etc it seems this is compatible but it focusses more on keeping the engine clean than HPR5 does.

    Nothing significant. Probably minute difference in levels of detergent or additivites.
    
    Note this is a 6L bottle, most MC-4ST comes in 4L. Depending on your bike, you maybe able to do up to 3 oil changes with this.
