If you simply want to go to a Supercheap/Repco, Meguiar's Ultimate Polish or Ultimate Compound are well regarded for beginners (compound...

That's right. I recently bought the ISDT C4 Evo charger. Charges AA, AAA among others including ones for vapes (if you're into that stuff)....

It's the next best thing to a ceramic coating from a cost/performance perspective, to me. The ability to dilute it and get such good...

It's the general consensus with these lower-priced machines that if they look the same, they come from the same factory.

I don't think it will be as powerful as a dedicated sander, and the backing plate will stop spinning if you apply too much pressure on to...

The DAS-6 is a free-spinning DA and not a forced-rotation. Generally all of the cheaper entry-level machines are free-spinning.

If it were me, I would get the DAS-6 machine, Scholl S20 and Meguiar's microfibre pads (cutting, finishing or both) and start with that.

The only reason why I haven't done bought a 3" machine is because I want to keep my kit minimal. I have the Karate Kid V1, and just got a...

Not a bad price for what it is. Will need more pads, but the ability to mount a 3" backing plate makes it the only machine a DIY-er would...

FWIW I read a comment from a buyer of the Mechpro DA that it vibrates very badly. What was your experience with this DA machine?

I've been looking to get rechargeable batteries and Eneloops were at the top for consideration. In my research I came across Project Farm's...

TIL they sell Adam's in Australia.

It definitely does, but they do require quite frequent adjustment.

The matte finish makes these almost unusable for me. AirPods stay in my ear mostly OK, but these fall out if I breathe too hard. Got some...

This is the next one I'm getting after my Gerni inevitably dies. Only use the pressure washer for the car, mostly, so on with some M22...

You can get very convincing fakes that will fool everyone who doesn't know what to look for.

Anecdotal, but I'm still using my iPhone X (2017), my mum uses my old iPhone 6 (2014), and my mates are still using iPhone 7s (2016) and...

What's the fail-safe for these kinds of locks? Like conventional locks can be picked as a last resort.

Have been using an eBay special for 4 years semi-regularly without issue. Was between $20 to $25 at the time.
