  Never been a fan of Magnetic Wireless Chargers, make the phone get hot, and slow charging……

    It's just the induction coil getting hot, not the actual processor or such.
    Slow charging will prevent it getting very hot, so thats a pro for your concern.

      The coil is directly on the battery and heat soaks the whole phone. It's slow charging but it requires double the watts to achieve the same slow charge in a cable. Wireless charging is just bad news all around except for convenience.

    the magnet is just for positioning. It's the wireless charging that heats up the battery. Wired charging heats up the battery too.

    Faster charging = more heat, in general

    I charge my phone overnight on a slow wireless charger, every night.
