hows the steam function?
The steam is ONLY in the main basket , not small.
I haven't used it to steam things, but i love running a steam clean cycle after cooking in it - makes the aftermath easier to handle.The machine is great all in all - but it is LESS 'flexible' than other models. The handles are built in unlike the other variants' detachable, allowing you to throw the whole thing into a dishwasher.
I got one 2 month ago, steam function works fine, you just have to add extra 2 mins to the cooking time, the steam is pushed down, its not natrually going up when compares to other stand alone steamers.
it has a self cleaning function in the bigger basket which works great.
my fav function of this appliance is that you can use the combine cooking function, where it steams for the first half of the time then air fry the 2nd half.
very happy with mine.
Highly recommend this air fryer.
