Any Other Services That Offer Apple Pay/Debit Card Loading?

Instant loading was a feature offered by Qantas Pay that let you load your Qantas Pay prepaid card instantly using Apple Pay/debit card. The service is no longer available and was wondering if any alternative Apple Pay/debit card loading exists?

  Revolut allows Apply Pay loading.

  What are you trying to achieve, why can't you pay with apple pay directly
