Cashback is ineligible on the following:

  • Champagne, Penfolds, non-alcoholic products (sparkling wine & non-alcoholic beer are eligible).
  • Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
  • Orders paid partially or in full with Everyday Rewards dollars.
  • Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
  • Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
  • Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
  • GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
  • Fraudulent transactions.

      $20 cashback is earned on a $73.33 spend.

    Only annoyance is that you can't also take advantage of the BWS Appy deals.

      Gentleman Jack 700ml for $64 pre cashback is…..fair.

      With the cashback, is pretty damn good (around $45 after cashback)

    • Abelour 12 for $80 is pretty good

      • Was $75 in the SB deal but $80 is also a trigger pulling price

    • Pepperjack Shiraz at $12 (after 30% off).

  • my last one using the CR app didn't track a few weeks ago. it's really hit & miss these days. I think you need to wait 10 days before you can put in a claim too. so if you do, take screenshots of the about to click, inside the app+store amd the final payment.

    Anyone know how long they hold C&C for? Just placed my order but don't plan to pick up until Thursday. A week is pretty standard but couldn't find it with a quick google.

      I am not aware of a maximum length of time. Liquorland will actively cancel if left, but not BWS.

    No tracking email from CR, but the transaction and cashback is now listed in my CR account.

    Not sure whether I should wait for the email to pick up the order though…

    • Same here mate, still haven't received a confirmation email, though I did screenshot at the time of purchase.

      Would be helpful to know how long BWS keeps your order for pickup given what I wanted was only available at a BWS further from home…

    4hrs, still no tracking on any of the orders I made.

      As per above, I never received a tracking email from CR, but it does show up on my CR account when I log in.

    Well I never received an email but picked it up anyway… it's in my CR account though.

    Hopefully it doesn't disappear from my account.

    • Also had this experience; other retailers I shopped from CR yesterday had tracking e-mails

    • It should have already tracked (but no e-mails sent); check your account

  • I chased up my untracked cashback, 7 days you have to wait.
    When they eventually credited it, they said "BWS cashback excludes GST amount".
    I know this is BS because I have multiple transactions going back over 3 years.
    It seems a small thing, but getting ripped off by Cash Rewards is a bad outcome.

    Edit update: CR confirms they only pay BWS cashback excluding GST. Which is completely wrong compared to my CR activity of the last 3 years
