I doubt it.
The majority of Power Bank available on the market won't have the 3C certification printed in the power bank.
You'll probably have to wait for new models/productions for the 3C stamped on the power bank.
I’ve asked them and they do not hold CCC certification at this time.

My 20k one bought in May last year died on me last week. Spoke to amazon support chat and they fully refunded me without having to send it back. Not bad at all!
