I was looking for a smart garage door opener like the Meross, but I would prefer it to have a camera as well.
I couldn't find any such option with Meross. Does anyone here have a similar setup?

The cops caught the kids who had "a dozen" garage remotes..

My Reolink setup just sends an open command when the camera over the garage AI detects a "car" in the driveway ;)
Has not opened for any human or pet yet :P

Not sure how they are getting thru the gate or via the number plate recognition, but sure …
Wyze now makes one (currently sold out) but they don't do HomeKit so doesn't suit my use case. As there's power readily available I use a cheap camera in conjunction with my Meross so I can check the door if I think it could be open.
I have a Reolink camera in my garage pointing at the door. Doesn't need to be anything complicated.
ismartgate makes garage door openers and cameras. I'm not sure if they work together or can be linked. I use an IFTTT, if garage door opens, start recording the garage camera.

Just moved I to a new house. And found out on a forum that our garage door has camera and app
We have the Centurion Garage Door. Pretty basic app that can open, close and turn our off light. The camera comes on when garage door opens and closes. I can't seem to find any recording or storage function.

But for some reason they don't want to make it compatible in Australia. There are hardware and software constraints, easily resolve-able, they just don't want to.
People have bought it from overseas to use in Australia, but not worth the hassle to workaround.
Just separately use any of the many IP cameras that are on the market?
