Oral B Electric Toothbrush $50 or $30 Cash Back

80

So I saw there was a similar deal going on around 12 months ago that was also listed on Ozbargain but it appears a similar deal is also going on this year.

" Special-Offer_Xmas
Receive up to $50 CASHBACK*
*Cashback will be provided via a VISA pre paid card within 60 days of receiving the claim.

To enter and claim the cashback offer: Purchase a Participating Product during the Purchase Period from any retailer nationally; download and complete entry form and mail with a photocopy of the purchase receipt, to:

Oral-B Christmas Promotion
PO Box 381
Brookvale NSW 2100
Australia "

$50 cashback models - Triumph with SmartGuide IQ5000, Triumph with SmartGuide IQ5000 Dual Handle, Triumph 4000.
$30 cashback models - Professional Care 500, 1000, 3000, 3000 Dual Handle, Sonic Complete 2 & 3 and Pulsonic.

End prices will vary depending on where you buy it and it appears you must make sure you have a suitable receipt to claim. So it's probably a good idea to verify you will get one when purchasing from sites such as ebay.

In general shaveshop.com.au seems to have cheaper prices and as an example buying from them brings the top of the line mode IQ5000 Triumph with Smart Guide to $84.95 after cash back + ~$10 postage. As a bit of a comparison the normal price for this model at BigW is $198.

  • Simple question, not trolling (promise)
Do these expensive toothbrushes clean better than simpler electric toothbrushes?

    • Simple answer, IMO, yes.

    • The more expensive ones are more powerful (clean easier) and last considerably longer without a charge in my experience.

    • I bought one of these a year ago, and it's definitely been worth it. Teeth feel much cleaner after using it than cheaper toothbrushes :) And when you get $50 back, they aren't all that expensive…just got to look out for when the heads are cheap!

    • Yes. The motors are more powerful, so oscillate faster.

  • +1

Note: cashback offer ends at the end of Jan!

  • Nice find… Combined with the costco voucher the other day (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/91455) you can save potentially $65 or more on the dual 3000… if you buy it from costco.
Now that's how you ozbargain :D

  • Wait.. you must have meant the Oral B 5000 not the 4000 in your OP, couldn't find the 4000 on the Shavershop's website but found the 5000 :)

    • taa daaaahh (edited)
      Thanks for pointing that out.

  • want to buy some Oral-B Brush Heads, is it possible to get cash back on them? How much the minimum to spend ?

    • Nope, unfortunately no cashback on brushheads. Cheapest at the moment , would be costco . They have 10 heads for $27.99.
