Not sure what you mean, certainly not made my Montgomery, and there wasn't anything like that in the catalogue
Sorry I don't see the association to work table rack, and they're Pinnacle so not likely to be on special. I think they're both over priced to be honest with you, but OzBargain loves a good deal on racks and saw it in the catalogue lol

If I place this in semi-open carport, can I spray something to prevent rust? Its got a roof, but 3 sides are open
You should be more concerned about moisture on the shelving than rust… These aren't likely to ever rust unless in a very wet and salty environment with heat too. I bekive the metal is galvanised then powder coated, these combined give you a reasonable chance they will be safe from ever rusting in their role as shelves
