I don't know how long this deal will last, but as an anniversary thing I suspect not long, or maybe forever..

From the dev's post on reddit.

To celebrate the 1st anniversary of SuperAlarm for Android, we're offering lifetime Plus memberships for just $0.1 (originally $20).
I really wanted to make it free, but due to Google Play’s policy, we couldn’t set the price below the minimum.

With a Plus membership, you’ll get access to every premium feature of SuperAlarm, including various wake-up challenges and the wake-up check feature.
I personally use a toothbrush scan mission so that I would literally have to get out of bed, and use the wake-up check feature so that I don’t fall back asleep after turning off the alarm.
Additionally, with a Plus membership, you can disable ads in the SuperAlarm Membership menu

          I'm not paying anything for it as I am not buying it.

          I sometimes use my phones alarm but I also have an old school, battery operated digital alarm clock that has been chugging along for 20+ years.

    If you get this, you need to manually turn off ads too. It's in settings>super alarm membership.

      Yes if you use the same google account. The in app purchase is the 0.19c for the subscription unlock.
