No. Can power via 12v DC or POE. Has an SD card for local storage.
14th August firmware update added the new smart zone/line cross detections for the CX810, RLC-840A and possibly DUO 3 POE. To access you will need the latest phone app or latest windows client. Not available on the NVR until firmware gets updated (. Camera can't be plugged directly into the NVR either so must act as a standalone connected to a POE switch (NVR can still see and record etc).
