Ever tried Natural Cycles? It’s a hormone-free fertility tracking app - FDA-cleared -and offers both monthly and annual plans. The annual plan is usually around $149AUD/year. The app can be used by tracking your temperature manually with a basal thermometer (they have plans that include this), your Apple Watch, or your Oura Ring. Right now, there’s a 20% off referral deal available for the annual plan. If you sign up using the referral system.

I use Natural Cycles because I want to prevent pregnancy without hormonal birth control, but still need something convenient and easy to use. However, you can also use it as a useful tool if you are planning to fall pregnant or if you just need to track symptoms of your cycle as well. If you've got questions or want to chat more about whether it’s worth it, drop me a comment!

A lot of the ladies at our playgroup tried the rhythm method. Good luck!
I'm sure an "app" will solve the problems.

    • This isn't (just) the rhythm method, which becomes inaccurate due to the lack of personalisation, adding temperature tracking consistently makes this a much more accurate process

I'll add that using temperature + cervical mucus is much more accurate.

Not sure whether or not Natural Cycles support that, but PeakDay does.

Ignoring the clearly obvious sockputteting, the referral link, mention of the FDA (Wrong country) & the very very bad suggestion of using an app as a replacement for birth control, I find issue with the language : "The annual plan is usually around $149AUD/year". How is plan 'usually around' a value? It's either that value normally or it's not.

Funnily, this app actually does have TGA approval. (does not mean they tested the claims though)

    • everyali is not associated with Natural Cycles (which is a Swedish company that employs people in New York and Switzerland).

      • I appreciate the confirmation, but that just means this is someone incredibly passionate about what I would personally say is a bad product 🤣
