I got the fund in loaded in my apple account then i bought a few things at apple.com. Everything went smoothly and they confirmed the order and everything but somehow 5 or 6 hours later, they cancelled the orders because of unverified fund.

I had over $2000 in my account that I used to buy products from Apple Store with no dramas.
The OP’s account is probably flagged for some weird reason that he’s not telling us.
I suspect they have loaded their Apple balance within Australia and are inadvertently trying to purchase on the apple.com (US) site.

Are you trying to use a combination of Apple Credit and another source of Funds (Debit or Credit Card) to purchase something?
If so, are the Debit/Credit Cards in your name with the same address…
What exactly are you trying to purchase?
If you loaded an Apple Account balance with gift cards they will not refund you. Thats not how gift cards work.
Instead you should be returning any purchase you made with your debit/credit card and resolve the issue with your Apple Account balance not being "verified". It sounds like whoever you spoke to couldn't understand the issue (given your grasp of english in this post thats unsurprising) and just took the easy way out by saying pay with your credit card.

I think what op is saying that they can’t use their gift card balance on their account to purchase items from Apple. They will only allow him to spend it on subscriptions

Honestly, my advice is to start looking for something else you want to buy from Apple, because you're not getting the original $1200 back in cash.
