These need to be marked that these were manufactured prior to Caroma commiting to lead free production. The products need to be marked as lead free to comply with 2026 rules.

Btw, thank you for drawing attention to this important issue. I have been aware that Australia has a largely aging housing stock that is absolutely chock full of lead paint (often flaking, especially in rentals). I think the lead issue needs more political attention, unfortunately I doubt there are any politicians brave enough to address this massive problem.

You only had one order with us for the assemblies and you were given the option to either wait until the stock is back or have a refund. Your refund has been processed and as discussed you will be given the items free of cost as gesture of goodwill.

Fact check. 1. I couldn't get a response via contact us, email, SMS, ozb DM so negging got the ops attention and got a couple of missed call. 2.I sms the op that I couldn't take voice calls while working inside the datacentre. We settled this via sms. 3. Was asked to remove negative comments as he had refunded and will give goods as goodwill when they arrive. 4. Told the op I will respond on ozb positively once settled (refund hasn't even reflected yet so waiting for clearance). He decided to respond the above.
Nonetheless, I have messaged I don't need or want his goodwill (still no ETA), but as my goodwill I will remove my neg comment as in good faith he said he has refunded.
Would be nice to see actual photos of the product. These all look like CAD illustrations.
