Maybe if I wear a Milwaukee jacket, people won't notice all my red tools are Ozito

    • +1

Honestly, I'd much rather an Ozito jacket to go with all my Ozito batteries.

      • Can get a battery adaptor?

  • +2

Nice. Got one for when I eat outside on cold days. Cheers

Perfect if you're doing work outside at Thredbo. Otherwise this is Milwussy.

    • +1

yeah I have had one for a few years, on the lowest setting it doesn't do anything but on medium it has me sweating in about 15 mins.

Good to crank when you first leave the house on an icy morning but after that it mine is unusable

    Goodluck finding a M or L , also for $30 more you can get a battery ($99)

    • Link to one with a battery?

      • +3

My bad its a charger only,

    • +1

The $99 deal with redemption battery pops up pretty regularly over the warm months. Was available last week

  • Got one, recommend 100%!!

  • Good find. I found them too tight while moving around (driving etc.) so moved to the vest with a normal jacket under it.

    • +3

maybe need a bigger size unless you are already maxed out

      • Nah, I'm a midget (5'4") haha.

        • maybe you have short legs but built like a brick

come to Qld average height of females are 5' 3.5" suit you

Perfect for road and construction workers, the people that stand around and f all.

  • Awesome. Got the last L in North Parramatta. Now I can use my 3 2.0mah batteries

  • +4

I have one. It's not bad. Weighs quite a bit, even without a battery.
I turn mine onto heat about 20-30 minutes before I go out to walk the dogs.. I do this warming using a plugin 12V power supply I have. Then put the fresh charged battery on just as I go out..

  • Any idea about the sizing, do these run large?

    • yep, normally a medium, this felt like a large, bigger chest and longer arms than a medium sold here.

Or drink a mug of concrete and toughen TF up.

This is Australia, not Austria FFS!

do the shops still close at 5pm in Perth?

      • 5:30

    • +1

Not anymore, didn't you see the march in Melburg the other night?

  • only issue with these is after wearing them (battery in or not) it cause more static electricity and you get zapped a lot

better to get the $99 jacket and battery is possible

  • +4

But a '12v PD trigger cable' from eBay, AliExpress or Jaycar and you can use a powerbank to power the jacket. Sydney tools also have 'heated hoodies' styles as well.

  • This is great for watching your childrens sport (or any sport) in the cold weather.

I bought a Temu USB heated vest for $20. Just ending it's 2nd winter and I'm surprised that
    A) it still works and
    B) I haven't caught on fire

Just have a little slimline 10,000mah powerbank from Amazon powering it. I'm pretty chuffed with how well it works

    • +2

      Link please

  • What if I want to heat up more than just my skin?

  • +1

Battery makes them uncomfortable to sit and amazon heated jackets are much warmer, these are very mediocre…

  • Bought a vest and used it in Katoomba this morning. Worked quite well for me. Will recommend for the price if you have 12v batteries.

  • Hi everyone, I'm short. 1,65m 65kgs

Do you guys have an idea if the S size will still be too big for me?

    Thank you!

    • +1

Yes, I'm a little taller than you, S is way too big. Better to get women's size M

  • Anyone bought and have comments on this so far? What is the chance of battery explosion. In theory, it seems to be good for camping overnights and in winter.
