Incredible Oz Weekend Deals: Eg Brothers Cider 15x500ml-$42.99/Williams Bros Ginger Beer $32.99

00

Living Exclusive has some incredible deals going on Brothers Festival Cider and Williams Brothers Beers:
Brothers Festival Strength Pear Cider
The original festival-strength pear cider served at Glastonbury Festival since 1995.
The Brothers favorite and our signature cider.
7% ABV. Available in case size 15x50cl

Ginger Beer
This is a traditional alcoholic ginger beer with a distinctly adult taste.
Brewed using malted barley and wheat, it has a recognizably 'beery' flavor although it contains NO hops.
We use loads of fresh root ginger, some lemons and a small amount of organic cane sugar along with the malts… and that's it.
3.8% vol. Available in case size 12x50cl

Harvest Sun

This is a straight up, honest, working man's ale; brewed to quench the thirst and revive the spirit.
Pours a straw gold with a pleasant citrus aroma that gives way to a balanced and satisfyingly bitter finish.
3.9% vol. Available in case size 12x50cl

Shipping is $9.90 per case

Can anyone comment on how Williams Ginger Beer tastes compared to Rose River?

We aren't able to sell direct to public and this sale is cheaper than our wholesale price anyway :)

Re the taste v Rose River - here is an independent review

  • I've tried the Brothers Apple cider & a Brothers Pear Cider back on this deal

It's not very nice. A mate who is a regular cider drink bought several cases (@$10ea) & could finish a single slab (he reckons eve someone who drank Strongbow would struggle to drink this stuff). The pear was definitely the tastier for the two, and it was ok on a hot day, but I wouldn't be paying more then $20/slab for it.

I don't want to be funny mate but that is just rubbish - these guys have been making cider for nearly 400 years - but if you like sweet lolly water like Rekordalig then you probably may not love Brothere
