Agree, as above, Cubo support is complete shit, they send you in circles trying to find a way to pin the issue on you / your home network instead of accepting it's a hardware fault.
If you're going to buy one of these get it through Amazon, who just refund you straight up.
Also, the same item was cheaper only a few months ago. This is just an ad & a bad deal at the same time.

Same experience here - my camera died in 2 years. The only tech product in recent memory that has actually died on me.
Also - fun fact - the Cubo CEO murdered his chief technology officer.
Mine was a couple of years old and stopped working. After back and forth with their support I got told told I could send it for repairs for which I would cop the bill. Pretty ordinary support for such an expensive product.
